• Identity. No identity document has been produced to the Association, so the name on this listing has not been confirmed against identification.
• Required training. No record of completed training covering the arrangements presented, the boundaries of the role and what may be said to a prospective lender has been produced.
• Applicable assessment. No assessment result has been produced, and the Association has not established whether the relevant programme sets one.
• Standing. No declaration of open disciplinary process, adverse finding or matter requiring withdrawal has been made or checked.
• A current agreement. The applicant is the proprietor of ProLend, which trades as a sole proprietorship and so has no legal personality separate from him — he cannot contract with himself. The criterion is therefore met, if at all, under the principal pathway adopted as methodology version 1.1: the organisation's registration evidence, a personal undertaking to the code of conduct, and publication that no third-party agreement governs him. None of the three has yet been produced.
